Colle Regnano in Tolentino
The "pink house" is dipped in soft hills of Macerata and pointed out on the Sibillini Mountains.
Typical farm of the regional campaign of half eight hundred, restructured in the complete respect of the environment and the man, using only naturals materials, with techniques of bio-building and bio-architecture.
The intervention has maintained the historical and geographic characteristics of the farm-house, in order to value the landscape and the nature; the furnishing is of the regional rural tradition.
Particular attention has been placed to the quality of the installations and the energetic saving, with the use of solar panels, photovoltaics and geothermals systems.
The Agriturismo Colle Regnano is situated to 7 km. from Tolentino (in 7 minutes) to 400 m. of altitude, in direction of San Ginesio (Km.4,00 of the Provincial Road n.126); it’s distant km. 40 both from the sea and from the ski fields
The rooms are to the first and second floor, with bathroom and independent entrance; they are for use single, double and triple.
The apartments in Tolentino are to the ground floor, first and second floor. They are composed of two-rooms (double room, kitchen with cooking angle and sofa bed) more bathroom and balcony or veranda; one is adapted for disables. They can hold two, three, five and up to nine persons.
