Afternoon Naps
We have been working very hard as time moves forward. It seems like there are just more and more things to do, and with all of this stuff to do how can we get rest in? In certain parts of the world people take naps in the afternoon, and this is so good to do. It is refresher and can break up the day to make it fun and exciting. If you just keep plowing right through and not resting you can end up in a bad mood.
Work has to happen, and our tasks need to get done. We could possibly work real hard in the morning and early afternoon, and then take a break.
