Witches have long since been a part of Halloween tradition. Every year, you’re sure to have more than a couple of witches of all shapes and sizes rapping on your door for a trick or a treat. Celebrate witches – the good, the frightful and the ugly – by hosting a Which Witch is Which Halloween Celebration! There are plenty of great halloween party ideas that go along with the Witch theme, and you and your guests are bound to have a wicked good time. Play “Which Witch is Which” – the guessing game that brings to life your favorite witches from childhood stories and movies. Hop on your flying broomstick for a party full of witchcraft fun, devilishly delicious witch cookies, and a bubbling green concoction of toad-ally tasty punch.

To be uniform with the black and orange theme of Halloween, serve drinks on Halloween that utilize these colors. Mix a punch mixture with orange soda pop or orange juice to give it that extra Halloween radiance. For an additional touch, buy ice cube trays in the shape of Halloween characters to put in the punch at your celebration. You can’t celebrate Halloween without candy! Lay out bowls of orange and black jellybeans, M&Ms, candy corn, candy pumpkins, and other fun goodies to get your guests in the Halloween spirit!

You can never go wrong with the traditional pumpkin-carving contest. Get people excited for the contest by supplying a prize for the winning carver. Head to the pumpin farm and buy a bunch of oversize pumpkins that are perfect for carving. Give friends paints, carving tools, markers, felt and other decorative crafting items from your area craft shop to make their pumpkin. Then pick out three guests to judge the winning pumpkin. Give the winner a prize, and display the winning pumpkin as your centerpiece at your fete.
